As we move toward the busiest time of year, it's easy to get caught up in everything we need to do and forget to make space for ourselves.

November's Soul Circle is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and move into the season feeling a little more grounded, centred and intentional.

Together, we'll create space to release what feels heavy, reflect on what matters and set meaningful intentions for the month ahead.

Through grounding meditation, intuitive scent mapping and the creation of your own personalized essential-oil room spray, you'll explore the connection between scent, emotion and intention.

There is no right or wrong way to experience Soul Circle. Just come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to give yourself a little time.
