Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to COVID shipping times may take a little longer than usual. Please allow a little extra time for your package to arrive. We thank you for your understanding

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to all of Canada. 

Free shipping on orders over $100

Local delivery 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 and under will be charged $5 delivery fee.

Deliveries are made according to the delivery schedule. Click here to view. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or email to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location in Flesherton. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Sun/Tues 11-3 Wed-Sat 10-5. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
