Make your very own shower steamers. These are great little aromatherapy additions.
What you will need
A silicone muffin/ice cube tray (or similar)
1 cup citric acid
2 cups baking soda
Witch hazel (spray bottle)
Essential oils of choice (up to two tsp)
Directions
Measure baking soda and citric acid into a bowl and mix.
Add essential oils. Stir. Add food colouring if you want to colour them.
Stir well. Lightly spritz mixture with witch hazel. Combine with hands. Continue spritzing and combining until you have a wet sand consistency. (Be careful not to spray too much. They should not fizz) Pack into silicone molds. Wait 24 hours and de mold. Place at the bottom of shower and enjoy!
