Being a business owner on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Ti Tok allow us to reach a significant number of people with little to no cost per acquisition. From a marketing standpoint this is the best return on investment to share everything our business has to offer.
Unfortunately, it has become increasingly clear that we are a part of the distraction on these platforms. On average we are consuming 2 hours and 27 minutes per day in the scroll which equals over 711 hours a year! That’s according to a study done by Global Web Index. As a business that focuses on the health of our planet and the people in it we wanted to move away from communicating on a platform that has the potential to consume a large amount of your time. Time is precious and meant to be lived in the moment not caught up in what’s behind the screen. So we have decided to get curious about how we will share everything new and exciting at Eco-Refillary x The Candle Lounge. We will be creating content for you on you tube. A platform where you can intentionally watch what is new and exciting while not getting sucked into the vortex of the scroll. Another form of communication we have under-utilized was email. This will be the best way for us to keep you up to date on all of the things going forward. We are excited about the future. One where we are connecting in person, sharing experiences and taking time out, away from a screen to enjoy the world around us.
