How to use
Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 1 cup of 98°C water for 4-6 minutes. For a Lavender London Fog, steep 2 teaspoons in ¾ cup boiling water for 5 minutes, sweeten to taste, and top with ¾ cup frothed milk. To enjoy iced, steep double strength and pour over ice, optionally adding oat milk. For cold brew, steep overnight with cold water and add milk and honey as desired.
